It will give you an edge if you are a buyer, seller, broker, landlord or tenant. Whether you are a beginner, a novice or an expert; you will learn something to help you in your real estate endeavors.

You will learn from this blog and even more from this series of books. Why should you listen to me? My name is George Donohue. I have spent my professional career working in real estate. I have a Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture, an Associate’s Degree in Construction Management and a Master’s Degree in Real Estate Development and Finance from New York University. I have lectured at Harvard, MIT, Touro College, the State University of New York and many other institutions.

I managed one of the largest real estate portfolios in the world, which included being head of real estate for the World Trade Center in New York City.

I am also a member of the adjunct faculty at Fordham University and the City University of New York. I was a born and raised in New York and bought/sold and managed properties for the benefit of my family.

I worked my way up in real estate and have seen both sides of many transactions since I have been the realtor who sold and rented both residential and commercial properties and I have been the property owner who leased out space to many hundreds of tenants. I have negotiated deals with some of the top executives, governments, national and international banks, investment firms, large retail chains and thousands of others. My projects and speaking engagements have taken me to more than 40 countries around the globe.
